Community Foundation of Ottawa
The Community Foundation of Ottawa is a non-profit organization with three main roles. The first is asset growth and management, which is turning the charitable gifts of donors into a donation that benefits the Ottawa community. The second is grant distribution which backs initiatives that support the community. The final role is community convening where they bring individuals together from different sectors to address issues and discuss opportunities.

NEW LEAF PARTNERS

EnviroCentre
EnviroCentre is a source of practical expertise, services and programs for making living lightly possible for all.
They have three main areas of focus: 
  •   Healthy, efficient homes
They retrofit homes and advise homeowners on energy efficiency and provide tangible changes they can make.
  •  Connected, environmentally aware organizations
They support organizations in their environmental efforts.
  •  Engaged, sustainable communities
They promote healthier commutes and transportation options, and support communities to develop local environmental programs with lasting impact.

Support for the New Leaf project is made possible through EnviroCentre’s Sustain Your Community initiative, which is funded by the Ontario Trillium Foundation.

Ottawa Good Food Box
The Ottawa Good Food Box is a non-profit initiative supported by the Centretown Community Health Centre (CCHC). The Good Food Box brings neighbours together to buy a variety of delicious and nutritious fresh fruits and vegetables at wholesale prices. The food is distributed once a month to over thirty-five sites across Ottawa.

Centretown Community Health Centre (CCHC)
The Centretown Community Health Centre is a non-profit organization whose programs and services actively help people in the community to have the support they need. They offer a variety of social services and health promotion services to all members of the Centretown community.
