The outdoor market KICK OFF event held on July 30th in Carp was a HUGE SUCCESS!
The event marks the beginning of a new market to support local growers and the community. We are actively looking for GROWERS in the Huntley and surrounding areas to become vendors with our ONLINE MARKETPLACE.
The marketplace will feature fresh produce grown locally by vendors OF ALL SIZES. If you grow in your backyard or would like to start growing...we can help with this! From education to actual seeds and planting guidelines we'll get your garden producing delicious and nutritious vegetables for sale!

ABOUT US: The Deep Roots Food Hub (DRFH) is a non-profit, grassroots organization made up of local farmers, market gardeners, health professionals, business people and residents of West Carleton. We are committed to creating a more secure and sustainable food system in our communities. Through collaborations with a variety of community partners we are working to launch programs that will make it easier for West Carleton residents to access, grow, and sell affordable, healthy food.
