In December, 2015, the Deep Roots Food Hub and our two partners, Ottawa Good Food Box and EnviroCentre, won the second annual New Leaf Community Challenge. We received a $125, 000 grant from the Community Foundation of Ottawa to improve food security in West Carleton.
